I transitioned to having a sit down desk job last year and I have been experiencing fatigue in my forearms/hands. Does strength training help with carpal tunnel symptoms and are there specific exercises you recommend? (Already working on building an improved ergonomic set up but just curious)
Hi! I’m having a hard time finding supplements that are both 3rd party tested and actually meet or are close to the daily value needed, especially when looking at magnesium. Do you have any supplement brand recommendations? Also with magnesium, what form is best to take? I’ve heard a bit about magnesium glycinate, but am not sure if I should be taking that or just regular magnesium. Thank you!
