Hi. I have worked as a personal trainer and fitness coach for a few years. I have done a lot of independent study and research when it comes to health and fitness. I am wanting to do macro calculations for my clients but I get nervous that I am going to do it wrong. How do you determine splits, percentages of F/C/P and what resources did you use to learn so I can study further? Thank you for all your time and knowledge!!
Maybe this has already been answered and I just haven’t seen or heard it yet, but what are your thoughts on the topic of hormones being put into chicken, beef, etc? It feels like a similar conversation to the organic vs non organic food topic but is there a benefit to eating meat/protein sources that aren’t hormonally changed?
Hello! I'm a 37 yr old female and I've been lifting weights for over a year now. I love it and I plan to do it the rest of my life. I was reading that even those who lift weights and get stronger can still have a decrease of strength with age. Is this true? I feel myself getting stronger all the time. And I love it. I don't want to lose my strength. Thank you
