Macros for physique competition

Hi! I listened to your AMA last week about the macro calculations and I was wondering on macros for outside of the typical client that is just trying to lose weight. What about a client that is wanting to train for a physique competition or train for a sport. How would you determine the macro split? (I know you mentioned doing a macro episode and I would LOVE it for some more understanding and guidance!) Thanks!

Net carbs

There are companies like Carbonaut that don't list their full calories but only count for net carbs. Is there any research saying that fiber doesn't count towards calories?
