Hi! I listened to your AMA last week about the macro calculations and I was wondering on macros for outside of the typical client that is just trying to lose weight. What about a client that is wanting to train for a physique competition or train for a sport. How would you determine the macro split? (I know you mentioned doing a macro episode and I would LOVE it for some more understanding and guidance!) Thanks!
