Stress Weight Gain?

I noticed that I have gained weight over the last 2 months. During this time, I have been consistent with my training and nutrition. I started a high-stress job a couple of months ago. Is there a scientific reason for gaining weight in high stress situations? Is it true that your body “holds onto fat” while stressed?

Caffeine intake time

I’ve seen Huberman and others state that you should delay your caffeine intake time until either 90 minutes after being up or [x] time after the sun rises. For those of us who wake up to go straight to the gym at 5am, is a caffeinated pre-workout a bad idea?

Do women need more sleep than men?

Recently I’ve been seeing online that men can get away with sleep 7 hours a night while women need 8 hours in order to feel great. Have you read research that agrees with this?

Pop Up "Nutrition drink stores"

Have you heard of the random nutrition drink stores popping up all over? They're these random stores that inhabit old buildings and are named "the nutrition spot"or something like that, and they sell protein shakes, fat burning teas, etc. There's one in my home town as well as other small towns nearby now but they arent the same company its like some sort of trend.
