I recently started your 3-4 day push/pull/leg program, and I love it! My schedule can be a bit unpredictable, so ideally, I’d work out Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. But last week, I ended up working out Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (Legs/Core). Is it important to stick to the same days each week, or is it more important to just get 3-4 days in, even if they’re back-to-back?
Hi! Can you cover braces/supports - back braces and posture correctors? What is the purpose of a back brace? When would you need to be using one? Has anyone ever used a posture corrector for lifting to prevent shoulder pain? What about using these braces during recovery? Any other bracing that could be helpful to prevent injury? Thanks!
