Hello! So, I've been in a lean bulk since the beginning of August. The scale went up about 3lbs since then and had suddenly stopped moving. I do take progress pictures and as well as use the scale. My question is, how long should I wait for the scale to move before I increase calories? It's been about 4 weeks and I've been at the same weight. Thank you 😁

This question is inspired by a Tik-Tok of this guy reporting the number of phalates in bottled Fairlife protein shake bottles and the dangers of these micro plastics or forever chemicals. A Tik-tok like two down was another guy stitching that video and refuting this claim. So I guess my question is, with all the talk of these micro plastics/forever chemicals being in almost everything we consume it seems, what are the real dangers at this point and the things we should be paying attention to or maybe changing in our day to day lives? (Like plastic water bottles, protein shakes, cookware, etc). Thank you!!
