I am currently going through a fat loss phase and got a DEXA scan done. It says that my body fat percentage is 32%. I have also started the 12 week PPL program on here which has changed the game for me. I am wondering if I'm working out 4-5 days a week do I need my calories to be so high. I'm a 33 year old 6'2 237lb male wanting to go through body recomposition. My goal is to get down to lose the fat and gain muscle instead. Not sure what make sense for my calorie intake. The RMR test says I burn 2389 calories without doing anything and 2863 is my TDEE. My question is since I am working out 4-5 days a week is 3198 calories a good spot to loss fat and build the muscle?
I just found your podcast and I am loving it. I quickly signed up for the premium membership. I am looking at the different training plans and they all look so good. How do you know which one to pick? I'm someone who can easily go overboard and try and do them all... which I know is not the answer.
