Hi there! Some days I just don't get enough fruits and veggies in my diet and have started taking a multivitamin on those days I'm worried I might not be getting all the vitamins and minerals I need. I tried Triumph by legion for woman but noticed a serving is 8 capsules and some vitamins are 2000% DV. Is that normal? I was worried it was too much so have only been taking about 5 capsules occasionally but last night my pee was NEON yellow from too many B vitamins. How do I figure out if and how much of a multivitamin to take?!
I'm not even going to touch Athletic Greens or other influencer-pushed products, but I'd love to know more about effective doses in meal replacements like Ka'chava or Huel. For those of us focused on macros-based nutrition, but also work high-stress jobs during the day, I want to make sure I'm putting something of quality in my body and I happen to have a couple bags of Ka'Chava, Huel, and Soylent.
Hi FS Pod! I think it’s well known at this point how much stress can wreak havoc on everything in your body and really impact your health/fitness. You recently did an episode on stress weight gain and It can feel overwhelming or a little basic looking up stress management techniques so I guess I’m wondering how you two actually practically manage stress, busy schedules, and so on to stay consistent with your journey? Thank you!
