Hi! I know Tony talks about creatine often and absolutely loves it. My question is, can creatine still be beneficial if there is a substantial amount of fat to lose? I have a renpho smart scale to be aware of how my body is trending over time (I know they aren't 100% accurate but I also don't have an emotional attachment to the numbers) and step on the scale every couple of days. My starting weight was 209lb with about 45% body fat. I am currently at 186lb with 40% body fat. Subcutaneous fat was at 39% and is now at a little under 35% and visceral fat was at 18 and is now at 15. I am 5'3" and I'm nervous that the creatine won't be beneficial for me because I have such a large amount of fat to lose. Is there any evidence to show that creatine is beneficial to take for people with a significant amount of body fat to lose or anything that shows it impedes fat loss? Thanks!
Hey guys! I’ve seen the newest social media trend, the carnivore diet, all over the place. I assume it’s not the best for you as I’ve learned how important carbs are. Hitting protein is the goal but can y’all discuss this eating pattern more in depth please?
https://ouraring.com/raf/b6deeb8bce?utm_medium=iac Hey guys, here’s my oura ring promo code you can share with members. It looks like the one you have might have been used up and isn’t discounting anymore! (Mine says it’s good for 6 people). Would you consider starting a promo code sharing comment section so people who buy Oura can share their code with other premium members? Aka, start a pyramid scheme ?
