Tracking Food

Is it required to track food in order to see results? I tried tracking for a few months but realized I just don’t like it. I’m trying to lose fat and was on a caloric deficit but it just became such a burden for me to constantly track food. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Dumbbell Workout at Home

Do you or will you have a training program that utilizes dumbbells for a workout at home? I currently use the Leap Fitness dumbbell workout app, but I was hoping you would have something similar/better for those of us that don't want to go to a gym and/or have limited equipment and space at home. Mind Muscle connection

Hello, this question might be obvious but how can I really engage my muscles when I’m working out? Sometimes I feel like I am mindlessly lifting weights and I’m not sure if I’m actually working the muscles I am trying to target. I’ve read up on this mind muscle connection and fully believe I can achieve that sort of bond between the two if I really focus. I want to be more mindful of what I’m doing in the gym. Any thoughts on this? Thanks.

Protein Snack hacks

Hey guys, I’ve been looking for some good protein bar recommendations. I’ve been eating no cow bars and RX bars for a while now, but I’m wondering if there may be any other good options available. I am specifically looking for a lactose free kind that can be easily digested. Also, I’m down for any recommendations for quick and easy protein snack hacks. Thank you
