Do you really need to go plant based if you deal with an autoimmune disease or chronic illness like type 2 diabetes.

What are the benefits of doing certain exercises as super sets? Is it better for muscle growth with certain exercises to do supersets as opposed to regular sets progressive overload with a 2-3 minute rest period?

Transitioning Between Your Programs

Hi there! I've been loving your premium programs, and am halfway through your high frequency one. I'm starting to get a bit nervous thinking about what to do next - I've loved your program so far, but when I think of when I'm done w my 12 weeks, I'm not too sure what type of program I should look into to maintain the progress I've made here. Do you have any programs that you think would be a natural "next step"? Or what is your recommendation on changing up goals to build and maintain lean muscle?

Maintenance Calories

I love your podcast! My question is, how long can you stay in maintenance calories before transitioning to a surplus? I'd like to stay in maintenance calories for about 4 months. Is that doable without losing muscle mass or gaining too much fat?

Adjusting calorie intake based on the day’s activity level

New listener and subscriber here! I’m looking to recomp at a slight deficit. I have my daily intake from your calculator, but what are your thoughts on adjusting that daily intake for the amount of activity done in a day? For example, a bigger day at the gym, or days with general more steps/movement/cardio.
