How can I do the workouts without equipment?

Guys, you have answered that question. However, what I am referring to is different. I work out at Planet Fitness. If I'm lucky, I get a Smith machine to do benchpress or Squats. Then, they do not have all the equipment to do all the work out for yesterday in the upper body. Focus workout. What do I do? So far, I've just been skipping those exercises, but I feel that will leave me unbalanced in my strength training.

does drinking warm water burn fat?

I guess this is the next hot thing. Warm water supposedly burns fat, cold water adds fat. Is that true? I am pretty sure it's not, but you're the experts.

Machines vs dumbbells

Hey guys, I have a question about the differences or advantages of exercises done on machines vs only using dumbbells/ barbells. I have a gym membership, but I'll be honest, the machines area is always pretty crowded and it's always men which, as much as I hate this, intimidates me. I am much more comfortable going in the weights area, because my gym has a heavy weights and a lower weights area, and the one with lower weights (1 to 15 kg) is almost never crowded and there are a lot more women there too. Am I losing out by not doing any machine exercises and sticking to dumbbells and barbells? Thanks

Rest times & order of exercises

Hey guys! I’ve been doing the glute program for 5 weeks now and am loving it. I have a question about rest times and order of the workouts. If I am feeling ready for the next set before the rest time is over can I continue or is it better to take the full rest time? And if a machine is in use is it okay to go out of order as long as everything gets done? Or do these workouts need to be done as written in order?

"Super food coffees"

Is there anything to the new superfood coffees like Bodied that claim to suppress appetite throughout the day while providing clean energy with no crash. They refer to themselves as "nature's semaglutide/ozempic"
