Finishing full body program

I've been doing the full body training program and am loving it - getting close to the end. Do you recommend continuing again at week 1 after finishing the back-off block of week 11 and 12?

Shoulder Mobility

Hi guys, For the shoulder mobility, I'm not able to do shoulder discolation properly because of my shoulders not being as flexible. Is there a regression I can do until I'm able to do the shoulder dislocation?

Hey guys, I’ve been looking for some good protein bar recommendations. I’ve been eating no cow bars and RX bars for a while now, but I’m wondering if there may be any other good options available. Mind Muscle connection

Hello, this question might be obvious but how can I really engage my muscles when I’m working out? Sometimes I feel like I am mindlessly lifting weights and I’m not sure if I’m actually working the muscles I am trying to target. I’ve read up on this mind muscle connection and fully believe I can achieve that sort of bond between the two if I really focus. I want to be more mindful of what I’m doing in the gym. Any thoughts on this? Thanks.
