Hello, this question might be obvious but how can I really engage my muscles when I’m working out? Sometimes I feel like I am mindlessly lifting weights and I’m not sure if I’m actually working the muscles I am trying to target. I’ve read up on this mind muscle connection and fully believe I can achieve that sort of bond between the two if I really focus. I want to be more mindful of what I’m doing in the gym. Any thoughts on this? Thanks.
