It is beneficial to do Intermittent Fasting? I think I do it without really thinking. I don’t eat breakfast till 10 or 11 but it is because I am busy. I workout first thing in the morning then I eat. My last meal is typically around 6 or 7 depending on how late I get home. I tried to find an episode about this. I know I have heard you both briefly discuss this. But I am curious behind the science of doing this. I have read about this and the information i find conflicting and I am not sure what to think.
I've heard you talking about green powders, particularly AG1, and how they are a waste of money. With the love you have for legion, how do you feel about legions green powder. I'll be in a country with minimal access to fresh vegetables so I'm looking at supplements to offset my lack of greens for a few months.
