Intermittent Fasting

It is beneficial to do Intermittent Fasting? I think I do it without really thinking. I don’t eat breakfast till 10 or 11 but it is because I am busy. I workout first thing in the morning then I eat. My last meal is typically around 6 or 7 depending on how late I get home. I tried to find an episode about this. I know I have heard you both briefly discuss this. But I am curious behind the science of doing this. I have read about this and the information i find conflicting and I am not sure what to think.

Thermogenics and L-Carnitine

Do thermogenics work? (I.e. Alani Nu Fat Burner capsules) Also, does L-Carnitine work? If so, when is the best time to take it?

Ensure protein shakes

I heard from the grapevine those are the worst to take and you shouldn’t even give it to old people because it has high sugar content and overall not the best. What are your thoughts?

Green powder

I've heard you talking about green powders, particularly AG1, and how they are a waste of money. With the love you have for legion, how do you feel about legions green powder. I'll be in a country with minimal access to fresh vegetables so I'm looking at supplements to offset my lack of greens for a few months.

Eating Disorder

I was under eating for a long time, I have increased the amount I eat but not by much and the weight keeps going up. Why is this? also it seems bloating happens everytime I eat??
