What do y’all think about shorter more frequent workouts? Mindpump has a program called MAPs 15 that’s 15 to 20 minutes a day, basically 2 big lifts a day. I love the idea of 20 minutes a day as it would fit really well in my schedule but would it really grow significant muscle? If so would you consider making that type of program in the future?
Hello! Absolutely LOVE your show! I'm switching over to full body workouts as it'll help me stay consistent. For my work schedule, I'm going to be doing them 3 days a week. In order to hit every body part I want 2x a week, id probably be working out 1.5-2hrs each day (which doesn't bother me at all). My question is, is this fine to do? Could I burn out to fast during the workout and possibly hurt any gains? Thank you 😊
