Getting into the field

Hello Mariana and Tony! I am a 16-year-old who has really been into the science behind fitness and nutrition. I would like to go to school for some sort of exercise physiology degree. What advice would you give to someone starting out? Is there anything that I could start doing now that would help me in the future? What do you know about internships? How do you navigate finding a job that expresses what brings you joy? Thank you! I have loved your podcast since you guys started, and I am so glad I get to be a premium member now!

Sports Nutrition Coach vs Dieticians

How would the audience/client base differ for a sports nutrition coach vs dietician?

Dissecting heath & fitness companies

What are the steps & criteria you look for and go through to determine if you want to work with a health & fitness company? How long did it take you to do research on companies you've partnered with? Do you trust the research these health & fitness companies do on their own? (i.e. legion, etc)

A snacker at heart

I’m a snacker at heart and frequently have to wake up to take my dogs outside at night. After letting them out I’m known to have a little snacky and more often than not, it’s a little sweet treat. After learning that could be the reason my sleep quality is tanking it’s left me wondering if switching to 0 sugar alternatives will provide better results or if I need to cut the snacking out cold turkey

Under-eating

How do you deal with someone that struggles with under-eating naturally? I have recently had someone who trains with me that substantially under-eats (unconsciously, less than 1200 cals), and struggles to eat enough calories to maintain/build. They feel like eating more than that is too much, or like they have to force themselves to eat (which is not fun). Any suggestions?
