Can I be addicted to pre-workout?

If I don’t use pre-workout, there’s a noticeable difference in my workouts. Both performance and how I feel. Plus, I feel a ‘high’ when I take it (could just be the caffeine since I don’t normally drink coffee or soda). Anything to watch out for?

Good form?

What can I do to ensure that I have good form as I go up in weight. Also if most people don't truly go to failure.. how do we ensure we are getting to 8? It all seems subjective and it's causing me anxiety
