Does the amount of time you're awake during the day make a difference in calories consumed/ energy burned? My wife recently started waking up earlier in the day. We eat B/L?D (0900/1300/1900) at the same time everyday to fit her work schedule but this has left her hungry in the morning due to the extra time she spends awake. Is it better to just drink some water and see if it is satiating until normal breakfast time or do you have tips/tricks or suggestions for adjusting eating? Also we are currently in a mini cut so we have been trying to stick to our calories best as possible. Thank you !!!
