I am getting married in 6 weeks and hope to lose 10 ish pounds before the wedding. What is the best way to prep to lose weight in that short amount of time while making sure I still look vibrant on the big day. I am a former athlete who can usually eat upwards of 3,000 calories and maintain/ lose weight. However I just got cleared from a knee injury so I haven’t been active much and I struggle to fight food cravings through out the day.
I know for hypertrophy you should do 10-20 sets per muscle group per week but I see in your workout programs, some muscle groups have less than ten sets each week. For example the high frequency full body program has only 7 sets of biceps and triceps each week. Is that intentional? Should we add more to get that 10 set minimum per week? I feel that this would be a good question to answer for anyone else who may be wondering the same as well. Huge fan of your podcast. Thanks!!
