Myfitness pal and Lose it calorie adds

Myfitness Pal and Lose it app add calories to my daily budget when I workout and move around using my Apple Watch. How accurate are those calories added? I would walk 16,000 steps in a day off and on for work but it would add an extra 600-1000 which is just seems wild to me.

Hi! I’ve been seeing a lot of promotion on my Instagram for a brand called promix that claims to have “no artificial anything.” While I think that’s awesome, they seem to be selling “debloat” and greens-type products and I’m curious about your guys thoughts and if they’re a brand I should consider purchasing from. <3

Hip Thrusts

I'm doing the full-body program. First off, that program is darn near impossible to do at Planet Fitness. My concern is I know my core is weak. I tried to do hip thrusts just with my body weight and could not. Either the bench would move or I just didn't have the strength in the glutes or other muscles to make it happen. What can I do?

Is a 3 day full body split viable?

Hello, I'm working on a 3 day full body split. My job is EXTREMELY active and sometimes I do forget how active I am. I try to do 4 workout days a week, but I always end up skipping a day because I'm over tired or not recovering properly. I wanted to do a full body split (Tony has inspired me) as someone who has been mostly consistent for about 10 months with training, would a 3 day full body split work for me as I do want to build strength and muscle for other future goals. Thank you
