Hi, I don't really care about my weight, all I want is more strength, power and speed. Aside from eating enough protein, supplementing creatin, vitamin d, and a little magnesium, what can I do nutrition wise to help the guns turn into cannons? Cheers
Myfitness Pal and Lose it app add calories to my daily budget when I workout and move around using my Apple Watch. How accurate are those calories added? I would walk 16,000 steps in a day off and on for work but it would add an extra 600-1000 which is just seems wild to me.
