Hi Tony and Marianna, I was hoping you could help me to understand more about Vo2 max, how important it is and how to improve it - which exercises are most beneficial to improving Vo2 max, can this be done through weight training or predominantly cardio? Thank you!

10 min walks?

Stan Efferding is a big proponent of a 10 min walk after each meal. I try to get some movement in after a meal because it makes me feel better. Are there any scientific studies around movement after meals and if so, what does it state?

i've been using the Oura Ring to enhance my sleep, and it's been remarkably effective. Despite consistently getting a minimum of seven hours of sleep, I occasionally find that my deep and REM sleep aren't as optimal as I'd expect.
