Hi guys, firstly wanted to say love the hybrid book talk and fitness stuff, I’ve actually got my girlfriend reading the Acotar series because of Marianna and she’s loving it. But I was wondering if maintaining an arched back is good for lifting technique or if it really is just a move in competitions to make the bar closer to your chest. Does it provide benefit to the normal user? Thank you!
Recently heard about heavy hip thrusts widening the trunk... and honestly.... it makes sense to me. I'm a bikini competitor and hip thrusts are almost non-negotiable in my training, but I already have a pretty wide trunk and don't want to make matters worse lol thoughts? Any tips for oblique atrophy, making the trunk smaller, besides just not training them + growing the lats?
What do you think about these Herbalife smoothies being sold in disguise as a healthy smoothie shop? When they were just getting popular I found one in Hilton Head - not knowing better - and it was literally the worst thing I've ever had. They are fooling everyone. Spill the tea plz!
