For the shoulder mobility, I'm not able to do shoulder discolation properly because of my shoulders not being as flexible. Is there a regression I can do until I'm able to do the shoulder dislocation?
I've been doing the full body training program and am loving it - getting close to the end. Do you recommend continuing again at week 1 after finishing the back-off block of week 11 and 12?
