Hey guys! What are your thoughts on functional training vs traditional weight training for longevity? I've heard that functional/athletic training is more practical for real life situations as you typically train in multiple planes and use movement patterns that mimic real life
Hi! I have been trying to get on the full body training program, however, I am limited to one hour from when I arrive at the gym to when I need to leave. I have been really struggling to fit everything in. I rearranged the exercises in an attempt to super set as many things as possible. It is still a struggle tho. Do you have any recommendations for me?
So I know this question isn’t particularly to any nutritional or fitness type of question. My question is: What fitness clothing brands do you guys like using/recommend? For context I’m a type of person that feels more confident and good about my body when I’m wearing a nice workout outfit. I think that working out helps you feel good and more confident I also think that what you wear to the gym can make a difference on how we feel at the gym. There is also the fact that I work at Nike and own a lot of Nike workout clothes and I don’t want to always feel like I’m going to work when working out haha. I know there are a lot of well known brands like Gymshark and YoungLA. Is there any other brands that you like similar to those that you could recommend?
Every one on social media seems to be on a cottage cheese high because of the protein. I personally do not like cottage cheese and I absolutely will not eat something if I find out it has cottage cheese. Is there an alternative to cottage cheese that has very similar protein levels?
