What about “round up” Just got done listening to your top scams podcast and you were saying not to worry about pesticides. That the levels are regulated and safe to consume. (And I apologize if I misunderstood what you were saying) I agree that non gmo and organic are gimmicky claims and labels used for marketing purposes. However there are studies and million dollar payouts due to “round up” or the chemical itself Glyphosate. That is still used on crops. Like wheat and oats and other things. Thoughts? Is this something we should be concerned with? Thank you guys so much! Appreciate what you do! 💪🏼💖
I’ve noticed sometimes I will scan a food item into my macro tracking app and it is different from what it says on the label. For example, I just bought a pack of tortillas which say on the label they are 110 calories each. When I scan it in my app it says it’s 220, but all the carb fat & protein amounts are correct, and the serving size. The label is only accounting for the net carbs and not total carbs. Are food companies just lying about the amount of calories? I don’t understand the net carb thing or why they could only count the net carbs and not total. (When I put the net carb amount instead of total carbs in my app, it comes up as 110 calories). I’m so confused about this and would love your guys input!
After I set everything in my goals, chronometer supplies my protein as 25 kcal, fat as 30 and carbs as 45. This seems wrong to me. I am way over (like 265%) all the time. What gives? Am I missing something? I have my weight height sex and age in correctly as well as my target weight. I just can’t figure it out. Any insight? Thanks so much
