Hi guys, love the pod and all the amazing resources you share with us! I think I am going to start the PPL program soon to prep for my wedding in August! I've never been consistent with deadlifts, and they have always made me a bit nervous due to their reputation for injury (plus I already deal with minor back problems). How do I figure out if standard barbell deadlifts or hex bar deadlifts would be better for me? What are the differences between the two, and how do those differences impact training?

Recently I've seen Krissy Cela promoting Promix products, specifically their "debloat" pre + probiotic powder. I'm wondering how products like these are effective in comparison to their marketing strategies, and also the legitimacy of the Promix company in general.
