Hey guys! Firstly, I would like to say that I love your podcast and have been doing the high frequency full body program for the past seven weeks and am absolutely loving it. Recently I've seen Krissy Cela promoting Promix products, specifically their "debloat" pre + probiotic powder. I'm wondering how products like these are effective in comparison to their marketing strategies, and also the legitimacy of the Promix company in general.
