How do you know if you should prioritize sleep over training? I work an office job, so finding time to intentionally move is important. However, some weeks I find myself really busy and can only fit in a workout early in the morning. I know missing one or two workouts is not the end of the world, but when I've been missing a few days in a row, should I cut my sleep down to 5-6 hours one night to fit in that morning workout, or is it just not worth it?
I just wanted to tell you both thank you. I've been listening to you guys for awhile and ever since I started. I've been working on my sleep, stress and food relationship. I've made amazing changes for myself this past year and I feel so much better in a lot of aspects of my life. You both are my hero's. Thank you so much 💓
