Recently did a DEXA scan a year after my first scan. Initially was doing random workouts and then became consistent and more focused in the last 6 months lifting 4x a week, eating around maintenance and walking 8000-11000 steps a day. Scan shows no muscle gains.!? I weigh exactly the same still. BF % the same. Was hoping for recomp, I’m definitely stronger and see tiny bit of definition but can’t figure out what happened and where to go from here. Help!
