What do y’all think about shorter more frequent workouts? Mindpump has a program called MAPs 15 that’s 15 to 20 minutes a day, basically 2 big lifts a day. I love the idea of 20 minutes a day as it would fit really well in my schedule but would it really grow significant muscle? If so would you consider making that type of program in the future?
Hello! I workout first thing in the morning and try to avoid caffeine to not affect cortisol levels per Huberman’s recommendations. I do take a non-stim pre workout, but am struggling with intensity and longevity of my morning workouts.. do you have any tips for a morning/fasted workout to increase performance?
