Which is the superior chest exercise dumbbell bench or barbell bench? When I started lifting, all I had were dumbbells, so that’s what I used. Since joining a gym, I’ve continued to use dumbbells for my bench presses, flat and incline. Decline inside the bar because it’s right there. I prefer the dumbbells, but is the barbell bench a better method for building muscle? Or does it not even matter?
Because creatine is stored in your muscle and your heart is made up of cardiac muscle are there any studies to show positive affects on heart health while taking creatine. I know there are recent studies on the positive affects on the brain and cognition but I’d be interested to know if that would also apply to the heart in anyway. Thank you :)
Hi! I found the templates and they look awesome! I wanted to switch out some exercises since I have a home gym and just have free weights. I click on Use Template and it just spins. I even tried to download and it doesn't open to an editable file. Is it locked?
