Hey guys! I work two jobs so most of my meals i eat outside from home. I meal prep lunch and breakfast on sundays so those are covered and hitting my macros but now that im lifting more consistently i feel like my snack game is weak. Do you have any recs for practical high protein snacks that i dont have to prepare? Just throw then in my lunch box. I am going hard on turkey sticks but those have a lot of fat and i think i need some leaner options. Thanks!!!
Hello! I was lifting quite regularly but then I broke my foot that led to surgery. Of course I could not really workout at all for about 8 months. Then I went back briefly but had to take another break due to the birth of my son! Now that he’s a little older I can get back into the gym. My question is what routine to follow to ease back in to avoid injury? Thanks a bunch love the show!
