Hello! I am SO excited to be a new FS Premium member, and am going to start my first ever full body program (previously upper/lower). I have brest implants and my surgon reccomended that I stay away from some specific chest exercises. Its never been a huge goal of mine, so it's never really bothered me. However, looking at your plan, I am not sure what to sub in, if anything at all? The plan is so comprehensive (good work you two), and I know the goal is to not overtask a muscle group on a daily basis. What would you two reccomend?
Hi! So I’ve been doing the full body workout plan and have been feeling great and making a lot of progress. To save some $$ I may need to cancel my gym membership and use my apartments fitness center that is opening soon. I’m not sure what gear exactly they will have, but going by the average fitness center (no bench press or squat rack and probably just dumbbells and barbells and some machines) would I be able to adapt a program that could be effective with limited resources compare to full gym?
So I do pole dancing. I love it, it's my passion. It's made me realise how much I hate the gym. The gym feels like an unsafe space. I go with my PT every fortnight and he has given me so much confidence. How do I feel safer in the gym and is there any exercises you guys would recommend for the arm and core strength I need on the pole
