Hi guys! First of all, love the podcast and thank you for making fitness stuff so much more simplified for us simple minded folk. How do y’all feel about mushroom coffee? Think “everyday dose” (which I see ads for CONSTANTLY). I know you’ve said several times anything claiming to “get rid of bloating” is a farce, I’m more wondering if you think there might be some validity to its other supposed benefits - energy boost, mood stabilizer, mental health wellness, etc. Thank you and keep killing it!
I feel I may be more quad dominant or I don't know how to "fire" off my glutes properly. I've tried many legs exercises that are supposed to be for glutes, such as step-ups, hip thrusts, lunges, etc. And I only ever feel anything in my quads. The only exercise I feel my glutes is sumo squats. Am I doing the exercises wrong? Or could I be more quad dominant?
