Hi there! I've been loving your premium programs, and am halfway through your high frequency one. I'm starting to get a bit nervous thinking about what to do next - I've loved your program so far, but when I think of when I'm done w my 12 weeks, I'm not too sure what type of program I should look into to maintain the progress I've made here. Do you have any programs that you think would be a natural "next step"? Or what is your recommendation on changing up goals to build and maintain lean muscle?
New listener and subscriber here! I’m looking to recomp at a slight deficit. I have my daily intake from your calculator, but what are your thoughts on adjusting that daily intake for the amount of activity done in a day? For example, a bigger day at the gym, or days with general more steps/movement/cardio.
